- Session 2: July 8 - July 19, 2024, Basketball ($1,500)
- Session 3: July 22 - August 2, 2024, Youth Multisports ($1,500)
Registration for Summer 2024 opens on Wednesday, January 31st at 12pm.
Discounts
Berkeley Carroll offers the following discounts for campers participating in multiple sessions of its Classic Day Camp and/or specialty and sports camps:
Campers participating in 2 sessions: $150 discount
Campers participating in 3 sessions: $350 discount
Please note that discounts are per child. For example, having two children enrolled in 2 sessions each does not count as a 4 session discount. Instead, each child would receive the two session discount.
Hours
Drop-off: 8:30 am for all campers
Pick-up: 3:30 pm for all campers
Extended Day Options
Earlybird: 7:30-8:30 am
Latebird: 3:30-6:00 pm
Grade
All sports camps are for students entering grades 1-3. Gymnastics is also offered for students entering kindergarten.
COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
As of January 2024, we do not require COVID-19 vaccinations for participation in our summer programs. Our vaccination policies may be updated as CDC/NYS guidelines/recommendations evolve.
Resgistration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early enrollment is strongly recommended. A deposit of 25% is required with the application. The balance is due May 1.
Medical Form
An emergency contact and consent form and a current immunization record must be on file by May 1st. A full-time nurse is a member of the staff and is on the premises.
Facilities
The camp is based at the Berkeley Carroll Lower School on Carroll Street in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn. Our campus has air-conditioned classrooms, a play yard, music room, art room, library, a gymnasium, and an indoor, four-lane, 75-foot long swimming pool.
Transportation
Please note, bus service is not provided for Berkeley Carroll summer camps and programs.
Lunch
All campers bring their own nut and seed free lunch. Snacks are provided daily.
T-shirts & Swimming Attire
Every camper receives a camp t-shirt and a swimming cap. Children should have a swimsuit, towel and appropriate footwear for swimming. Camp t-shirts are expected to be worn for special events. Counselors will notify families when campers should wear their camp t-shirt. Outside of special events, campers are free to wear their t-shirt any day of the week to show their Berkeley Carroll Summer Camp pride!
