Our performance and gathering spaces can support concerts, lectures, screenings, rehearsals, theatrical performances, dance events, and community programs.

• A performance space with seating for approximately 200 guests
• Music rehearsal rooms
• Dance and rehearsal spaces
• Meeting and reception areas
• Audio/visual support, depending on event needs and availability

Berkeley Carroll offers a variety of classrooms and meeting spaces for educational programs, workshops, trainings, meetings, and small-group gatherings.

• Classrooms with smart boards, projectors, and other AV features
• Conference and meeting rooms
• Art studios, including ceramics facilities
• Flexible spaces for classes, workshops, and enrichment programs

For approved events, Berkeley Carroll may be able to accommodate rentals involving dining, receptions, or food service needs.

Berkeley Carroll considers select film and photo shoot requests. These requests require additional review, including timing, location needs, crew size, insurance, impact on school operations, and use of Berkeley Carroll’s name, image, or facilities.

No. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a reservation. All rentals require review, approval, and a signed agreement.
