Planning a facility rental

Because Berkeley Carroll is first and foremost a school, rental availability is shaped by the academic calendar, student activities, athletics, performances, and other school priorities. Weekend and evening availability may vary by building and event type.

Rental requests are reviewed based on space availability, staffing needs, event purpose, expected attendance, safety considerations, insurance requirements, and alignment with school policies. Additional costs may apply for facilities team support, security, lifeguards, technical support, setup, breakdown, or other event needs.

To help us evaluate your request, please share as much detail as possible about your proposed rental, including your preferred date and time, expected number of attendees, space needs, setup needs, and whether the event involves food, vendors, minors, athletic activity, swimming, filming, or photography.
