All Fun and Games: The Upper School Carnival Closes Out Spirit Week in Style

The final day of Upper School Spirit Week was quite a splash!

To cap off the springtime celebration, the Upper School Executive Council transformed campus into a full-blown carnival, filling the gym, courtyard, and surrounding spaces with an end-of-year energy impossible to miss.

Students took on carnival games in the gym, sat down for face painting and temporary tattoos, and made their way to the courtyard for the event's most talked-about attraction: the splash tank, which drew both brave student and faculty volunteers and an enthusiastic crowd. A photo booth offered a more low-stakes way to mark the occasion, while the pigs-in-a-blanket and churro station kept students fed, and the Mr. Softee ice cream truck kept the crowd cool. And making the whole scene complete, Roary the Lion stopped by to join in the fun and bid farewell to his graduating friends.

The carnival was organized and brought to life through the combined effort of Upper School Executive Council students and faculty, who turned an ordinary last day into a genuine celebration, and for these lucky students, a fitting close to the school year.
