If you are interested in having your student(s) ride one of Berkeley Carroll's buses next year, please complete the transportation registration form by June 30. 

Please note: you need to fill out the form individually for each student and you will need to choose the Lower School or Middle/Upper School registration form depending on your student/s division for next year.

According to Department of Education guidelines, transportation eligibility is determined on the basis of a student's grade level and the distance between a student's residence and school. Full information about eligibility can be found on the transportation page of our website; please review the information carefully if you are unsure if your family meets the DOE's requirements. 

The annual bus service fee for the 2026-27 academic year will be $900 for families who wish to participate in our transportation program. With an 84% contribution toward the total cost per student rider, the School continues to significantly subsidize this service. We understand that this increased fee may present difficulty for some families and we want to assure you that financial assistance is available.

Bus routes will be shared with families no later than Friday, August 28. Please email the Transportation team with any questions and be sure to complete your bus registration form by June 30.
