WELCOME THE MIDDLE SCHOOL'S NEW ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE Please welcome the Middle School's new Artist-in-Residence Rainy Lehrman. As a working artist, educator, and fabricator, Ms. Lehrman's work often blurs the line between the hand-crafted, fine arts and mass-production, integrating modern production methods and traditional techniques through a deep understanding of materiality. She received her MFA in Sculpture from Pratt Institute and her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design where she studied Furniture Design, and previously taught at Pacific Northwest College of Art, William Paterson University, and Pratt Institute.
