The main entry points for Berkeley Carroll are PreK 4, Kindergarten, and Grade 9. For Grades 1-8 and 10-11, we enroll new students based on attrition.

Open House attendance is required for Lower School families and is strongly encouraged for applicants to Grades 5-11.

Please Note: While the official deadline for the Parent/Guardian Statement is January 8 (per ISAAGNY guidelines), we ask that you submit it as soon as possible after applying and before your scheduled interview date. Having this information in advance helps us prepare for a thoughtful and productive conversation with your family.

Submission of the parent statement is required before an interview can be scheduled.

Fee Waivers

The application fee is waived for students applying for financial aid through Clarity.
Fee waivers are also automatically granted to applicants affiliated with: 360 Academic and Sports Academy, A Better Chance, Boys Club NYC, Breakthrough New York, CitySquash, De La Salle Academy, George Jackson Academy, Oliver Scholars, Prep for Prep, and TEAK.
