The Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is the cornerstone of all fundraising at Berkeley Carroll. Each year, the school asks parents, alumni, faculty and staff, and grandparents to make a gift to the Annual Fund. Participation by every family is important.
The Annual Fund supports Berkeley Carroll’s commitment to new programs and initiatives, financial aid, faculty salaries, opportunities for our students, and maintenance of the school’s facilities. It is part of Berkeley Carroll’s operating budget and bridges the gap between tuition and the full cost of the financial investment Berkeley Carroll makes in its students.
The Annual Fund gives Berkeley Carroll the financial strength and flexibility to make the decisions that provide every student with the best educational experience each year. It is an essential financial resource for the school and an important way for all families to support Berkeley Carroll, with a gift that is appropriate for them.
Parent participation in the Annual Fund also signifies support of Berkeley Carroll’s mission and is viewed by independent schools as a measure of strength. A high level of parent support inspires institutional donors and others to give to the school and is a testament to the strength of the Berkeley Carroll community.
Your annual fund gift, when added to those of hundreds of other Berkeley Carroll parents, trustees, alumni and friends, insures the continued excellence of a Berkeley Carroll education.
