Francesca Longo '12, who last year won a national Scholastic silver medal for her essay "For the Birds," has had her essay selected for publication in Scholastic's The Best Teen Writing of 2012. Francesca's essay is a personal exploration of epigenetics in her family, inspired by her Science Research work (which can be seen by clicking here) and written in her essay class last fall.
