Middle School Admissions
Thank you for your interest in the Berkeley Carroll School! The admissions process for the 2017-18 school year begins Tuesday, September 1, 2016 when our online application goes live. A company called Ravenna hosts our online admissions forms and events modules.
Families will be able to apply and register for an Open House or tour by clicking the Apply Now button. You will need to create an account, add your child’s information, and choose Berkeley Carroll as a school you’re exploring for the 2017-18 school year. If you already have a Ravenna account, you may use the same login and password. For helpful hints to using Ravenna successfully, please click here.
We will consider candidates for grades 5-8 based on attrition. Due to limited availability, we are unable to offer Parent Interviews and Applicant Visits to all candidates . Once we ascertain which grades will have openings, our office will contact you to schedule an Interview/Half-Day visit.
In order to efficiently consider your child should a space open up, we strongly suggest submitting their application (Biographic Information, Parent Statement, Applicant Statement) and a copy of their 2015-2016 report card, as soon as possible. These materials must be completed by December 1 . Please review the instructions below for details.
